Dear Parents,

Every school day counts! Regular attendance is one of the most important factors in your child’s academic success. When students are present, they are actively engaged in learning, building strong relationships, and growing in confidence and knowledge.

We are excited to announce our Attendance Challenge!
From November 10-December 19, the grade level with the highest attendance will win a pizza party with the principal.

Let’s work together to make sure all students are at school and ready to learn each day. Every student, every day, makes a difference!

Congratulations to 1st Grade!
This week, 1st grade had the highest attendance on campus and will enjoy an extra recess next week as their reward. Way to go, 1st grade!

¡Cada día de clases cuenta! La asistencia regular es uno de los factores más importantes para el éxito académico de su hijo. Cuando los estudiantes están presentes, participan activamente en el aprendizaje, fortalecen sus relaciones y desarrollan confianza y conocimiento.

Estamos muy emocionados de anunciar nuestro Desafío de Asistencia.
Del 10 de noviembre al 19 de diciembre, el grado con la asistencia más alta ganará una fiesta de pizza con la directora.

Spring ISD Hispanic Heritage 2025 Contest Announcement

We’re so proud to share that our Beneke Bears shined bright in this year’s Spring ISD Hispanic Heritage Contest!

Our Kindergarten through 5th grade students competed against talented students from across the entire district — and we’re thrilled to celebrate those who stood out for their creativity, pride, and representation of Hispanic heritage and culture.

Our first place winner will be honored at the Board Meeting Tuesday, November 11!

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Según lo establecido en el Manual de Beneke Elementary, la hora límite para recoger a su hijo(a) es a las 2:45 p.m. Después de esta hora, no entregaremos a los estudiantes, ya que nuestro personal estará enfocado en prepararse para la salida.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

Todos los estudiantes que sean recogidos en automóvil deben ser recogidos a más tardar a las 3:45 p. m. La escuela llamará a los padres de los estudiantes que aún estén en el campus después de las 3:45 p. m. Al llegar, los padres deberán pasar por la oficina principal para firmar la salida del niño. Debe presentar su identificación para firmar la salida de su hijo después de las 3:45 p. m. La policía de Spring ISD y/o los Servicios de Protección Infantil serán contactados por cualquier niño que permanezca después de las 4:30 p. m. Los padres que lleguen después de las 4:00 p. m. en 3 o más ocasiones deberán encontrar una opción de transporte diferente.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
