March 2025
⭐Every Tiger, Every Day, Without Exception⭐
RES Mission: Learning, Loving and Growing Together
RES Vision: Equipping Everyone for Excellence
Dear Ringgold Elementary Families,
March is here, and we are so grateful for your continued support! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our Double Good Popcorn fundraiser—your generosity helps make a difference for our students and school.
As we move through this semester, we want to encourage all students to continue striving for success. Remember, to qualify for our highly anticipated RES Arm Wrestle Mania on March 12th, students must:
-Maintain great grades (all A’s, B’s, and C’s)
-Demonstrate great behavior (no office discipline referrals)
-Have no more than three unexcused absences
We can’t wait to see our students work hard and earn their spot at this fun event—it’s going to be legendary!
Also, please keep these important dates in mind:
March 13 – Half Day for Students
March 14 – No School
Spring Break: March 31 – April 4
Thank you for being such an incredible part of our RES Tiger family. Let’s finish this month strong!
With gratitude,
Dr. Kristian Edgeman
Principal

Spring Survey
It is time for our annual Title 1 Spring Survey.
You will receive a paper in Tuesday folders on March 4th with a QR code link to the survey. We will also send the link out on Dojo and text message on Tuesday.
Please take a few minutes and fill out this survey. It really helps our school to know how to better meet the needs of our RES families. We need at least 40% school participation to stay compliant with Title 1 guidelines.
Every student who has a survey completed by March 14th will receive a coupon for a free Wendy's Frosty!
The class with the highest percentage of surveys completed will win an ice cream sundae party!
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-teacher conferences began on February 14th, and continue through March 14th.
This is your chance to meet one-on-one with your child's teacher. It is very important that we meet with ALL parents. So please make it a priority to schedule a meeting with your child's teacher, and to attend the meeting. If you have not heard from your teacher yet, be sure to ask them about scheduling a conference! Come prepared with any questions you might have about your child, their progress in school, or anything else you would like to discuss.

John Hancock Challenge
Beginning this month classes will be competing with each other to see if they can have 90% of their class independently and correctly sign their name in cursive.
