Dear Coppell Choir Family,

🎶 TMEA Region Auditions Recap 🎶

The TMEA Region Audition was held on Saturday, October 25th at Creekview High School, and we couldn’t be prouder of all our incredible Coppell Choir singers who participated and represented our program and community with excellence!

We are thrilled to announce that 28 singers and 1 alternate earned a place in the Region Mixed Choir and will advance to the 3rd round of the TMEA All-State auditions, Pre-Area! In addition, 32 more singers earned a spot in the Region District Choir.

✨ Coming Up: The 9/10 Honor Choir Audition will take place this Tuesday. Check below for audition cuts, practice tracks, and more details to help our singers prepare.

Winter Concert: 📅 Save the Date: December 4th at 7:00 PM

All of our choirs have begun working on the upcoming Winter Concert, and we’re already feeling the holiday spirit! We can’t wait to share an evening of beautiful music with you, featuring Rutter’s Gloria, Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus, and a few holiday favorites.

• 2:30PM - Come to CHS/CHS9 Choir Room in the beginning of advisory and 8th period - You will be excused from advisory and 8th period

  • CHS Singers: Check in with Ms. Coogle

  • CHS9 Singers: Check in with Mr. Lee

• 3PM: Depart Coppell HS and pick up CHS9 singers before departing for Euless JR HS

• 3:40PM: Euless Junior High school

• 4PM: Register for the audition and receive dinner box

• 4:30PM-5PM: Audition begins

• 7PM - 8PM: Estimated Audition end time

Volunteer Communication Update
We wish Mrs. Conkovich all the best as she begins her maternity leave from September 15th to December 12th! We’re excited to welcome Ms. Lam as her long-term substitute!

During this time, our amazing VP of Events, Kit Ciura and Mary Alvarado, will serve as the Volunteer Coordinators. Please keep an eye out for emails from vpevents@coppellchoir.com for all future volunteer communications, and feel free to reach out to them directly with any questions about volunteering.

If you would like to become a choir sponsor or would like to gain more information regarding becoming a choir sponsor, please click on the line below for more information.

Parents have to opt in for health-related services as mandated by law. The clinic will not be able help them if this is not complete. If possible, please share this link with students and parents. A Cappella had an amazing rehearsal with Mr. Reginal Wright, working on "Love Never Fails." They're feeling confident and ready for the TCU Invitational on Monday! Huge thanks to Mr. Wright for his incredible guidance and inspiration!
