Greetings Bulldogs ~
Did you know that World Diabetes Day is celebrated on November 14th? I'm always amazed with the students we have here at EMHS who are not only knocking it out of the park in the classroom and excelling in extra curriculars - but doing so while working at regulating the sugars in their bodies. We also have clerical and administrative staff who train to make sure we are capable of handling diabetes related testing and regulation. This World Diabetes Day - I give a shout out to those who are conquering their challenges and to those working with them to make sure they are ready to learn!
I also want to give a shout out to our football team who have just completed the regular season last night with a GIGANTIC win over Union HS. The Bulldogs will begin postseason play with a home game on November 22nd. We secured a first round bye so there will be no game for the Dogs this next week. If you've been out to our games this year - you know it's been GREAT to cheer the dogs on to victory!! Please consider joining us and rooting on the the best football team in Edmond - and arguably - the state!!
The 14th Annual Taste of Memorial and Bids for Bulldogs event is happening Thursday, Nov 14th from 5:30-7:30pm in the Lower Commons. Tickets to the event can be purchased online by CLICKING HERE. The accompanying online silent auction can be accessed via the QR code below, or by CLICKING HERE. The auction will be open for bids from 3-7:30pm on the 14th, and you need not be present to win.
