Redmen Review

Biology students have continued to learn more about some of the different Phylum of animals: Molluska, Annelida, and Arthropoda. Led by Mrs. Chan, labs with dissections for clam, earthworm, and crayfish helped students learn more about both the internal and external parts of each creature.

Summer School will be held June 3-28 at SHS. Summer school is an opportunity to make up credit for classes previously taken and failed. Applications for summer school are available at Linda's Window. Please contact the school with questions you may have.

Get ready for next week's semester tests. Be sure to chat with your teachers about how to prepare and do your best!

Upperclassmen had an extra fun time volunteering at Westside by participating in the school-community kickball tournament on Thursday. Students' competitiveness was strong! Tosten, pictured at right, wasn't about to let a loose shoe stop him from making it to base!

Mrs. Flanery does more than just math; she's also pretty crafty! Pictured are four prom-goers and math students, sporting the beautiful hand-made garters she made for them.
