Questions

  • My daughter is entering Loya for her first year of school. Do I need to create a new account to register her, or can I use the one I have for my other child already in the district?
You can use the same account you have for your child who is already in the district; you'll just add your daughter as a new student. There's no need to create a new account.

  • My child is already in third grade. Do I have to register him at his home school, or will he automatically transfer?
He will automatically transfer to his home school.

  • Do students have to carry their ID every day to school, and what is its purpose?
Yes, student IDs must be carried with them every day, as they are used for scanning at lunch, using transportation, and using Hall Pass, in addition to identifying the student's identity. It also allows us to monitor the student's location and how they ride the school bus.

Comments

  • It is very important that parents update their address, phone number, and email address on their registration applications in case of an emergency.

  • Schools will have a designated day to assist families who are having difficulty registering their children. School registrars and parent coordinators will provide personal assistance.
