Coping with Grief and Loss

Kid-Friendly Digital Guide

Coping withGrief and LossKid-Friendly Digital Guide

Dear Friend,

I am so sorry for your loss. There are no words to convey my sincere condolences during this difficult time. Please know that you are not alone, even though it may sometimes feel like it.

Below are some tools and videos that you can use to help understand what you are going through and how to cope with it. (These tools work for adults too.)

Be sure and reach out to a loving family member or a trusted adult when you are ready or need to talk about what you are feeling. Opening up to someone who has been through what you are going through (or close to it) can help give you peace and calm, even if all they can do is simply listen and empathize.

You are in my thoughts,

Ms. Von Berckefeldt (Ms. V)
