⭐️Join us for a short informational session on STAAR to help you be aware and prepared for one of your child's most important exams of the years.

🇺🇸After this short session we will unveil the newly updated Military Honor Wall. This wall represents pioneers loved ones who have served or are serving our country. We celebrate these pioneer loved ones by putting care into the space they are displayed on and hope to see you there as we honor these Barron Heroes! ❤️🤍💙

Lots of fun things and crafts are happening this holiday season so we suggest getting your VIPS now to be part of this wonderful season!

Reporting an absence:

Barron's goal -maintain 94% of students attending daily. We are at 93.96%. The Attendance Committee in alignment with the EPISD District will continue to support all Families and students with attending school every day. Please follow the attendance policy so that every child meets the expectations of being at school every day and reaching their potential in learning. Ms. Croissant and Mr. Crain, will continue to reach out to families to offer support. Thank you Barron Families! RIGHT HERE. RIGHT NOW! because we are PIONEERS!

The campus will follow safety guidelines at all times and practice scheduled drills with students.

All visitors to the campus will need Identification before entering the campus.

At all times, visitors must report to the front office. Visitors are not allowed to enter the campus (past the front entrance) while school is in session.

Our Red, White & You Social was pure magic, and it’s all thanks to our incredible military-connected families who came out to celebrate with us!

Huge gratitude to:
- Grand Canyon University for sponsoring all the food, snacks, and drinks
- Ft. Bliss School Liaison Office & MWR for powerful resources, the outdoor American flag Barron received in August, and 90 toy microphones that were a part of our trivia prizes
- El Paso MEPS for joyfully running game booths and engaging with our families
- And the amazing Dr. Torres Cheer Team for an unforgettable debut performance! 📣

This night was a community collaboration from Barron Elementary, Dr. Torres Elementary, and your Military Family Liaison, Ms. Chavez.
