Join Us for the 2025 CWES Thanksgiving Feast!
Monday, November 17 (grades- PK/1/5/3rd)
Tuesday, November 18 (grades k/4/2/AU )
We want you to have time to enjoy lunch with your child and their friends so here are a few reminders:
· Days for the feast are Monday and Tuesday the week before our Thanksgiving break. Click the link below for the specific time. We encourage students to bring lunch from home on their non-feast day. This will make lines in the cafeteria move quickly.
· Please DO NOT bring OUTSIDE food to this event, as the feast is a fundraiser for our café/school.
· We will not be selling tickets.
· Price for adults and non-students is $6, student meals are $2.85.
1. Parents can prepay (this is easiest and fastest) on their child’s account by accessing: https://www.myschoolbucks.com/ You will need your child’s student ID number. Your child should know this or you can reach out to your child’s teacher. If you use this method, the only thing you have to do is pick up your food, give your name to the cashier and off you go to enjoy your feast!
2. Parents can send in cash or a check with your child/ren to take to the cafeteria to pre-pay. This money will be placed on your child’s account.
3. Parents can bring CASH to the event. We will have PTO on site to help make exact change.
4. We cannot take credit cards
Thank you, and we look forward to celebrating the Thanksgiving Feast with you. We would also like to remind you that this a great opportunity to attend the Book Fair while you are here for lunch!
