Emanuel Roa Pena
Emanuel is a thoughtful and hardworking student who brings both humor and focus to the classroom. He describes himself as quiet, reserved, and funny, qualities that make him both approachable and easygoing. Emanuel enjoys coding, a hobby that shows his curiosity and interest in problem-solving and technology. His short-term goal is to maintain a 3.0–4.0 GPA, and his long-term goal is to successfully graduate high school, demonstrating his dedication to academic success. He enjoys science because of the engaging labs and group activities, and he appreciates having a great teacher this year to guide his learning. Emanuel is inspired by Mr. Richards, who has taught him a wide variety of subjects and impressed him with his knowledge and ability to multitask.
Sophie Meashey
Sophie is a smart, funny, and confident student who brings energy and positivity to the classroom. She describes herself as smart, funny, cool, and awesome, and these qualities shine through in both her work and interactions with others. Sophie enjoys playing video games, playing the saxophone, singing, and listening to music, showing her creativity and love for exploring different interests. Her short-term goal is to keep her grades up, and her long-term goal is to surround herself with good friends, reflecting her focus on both academics and positive relationships. She is currently reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and enjoys ELA because she gets to collaborate with friends and work on fun projects. Sophie is inspired by Mrs. Daubert, who she admires for her patience and dedication in teaching her class.
