Dear Families,
I think we can all agree that January is flying by! Highlights from this week included visits from School Resource Officer Flanagan, a Kindergarten Lunar New Year parade, and the conclusion of mid-year assessments. We have some great activities coming up, including our January PBIS Assembly and the return of Ms. Keefe’s inflatable Planetarium! Here are some important updates:
We have noticed an increase in the number of students arriving late to school. It is important that students arrive at Wessagusset promptly at 8:50 am, which enables them to begin their instructional day on time and participate in important morning routines. Please reach out if there is anything we can do to help your child arrive at school on time. We appreciate your cooperation.
Valentine's Day is right around the corner! Students who choose to do so will be able to pass out Valentines to their classmates; teachers will be sending class lists home soon. Please remember that candy and other food items cannot be passed out with Valentines. Thank you for your help with this!♥️
Lunar New Year begins today; 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit! Here are links to some great information and resources:
