It was a good feeling to get back into our natural rhythm this week. Our students and teachers did a great job of stepping back into their schedules and getting back to learning. Impressive work SHS students and staff.
I want to congratulate all of our contestants who competed in the spelling bee on Thursday. Everyone showed courage, great spelling acumen, and outstanding sportsmanship. I want to thank our judges Mrs. Staley, Mrs. Childs, and Mrs. Stuchlik for overseeing the competition. I also want to congratulate Rhys Myers and Vincent Seibert who will be representing SHS in the Franklin County Spelling Bee at West Franklin on January 30th. We’ll be rooting for you two!
Catholic Schools Week will begin January 26th and run all the way to the end of that week. Be on the lookout for the finalized schedule next week.
The beginning of February will mark the start of enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. Information about the next school year will be sent home towards the end of the month.
