SENIOR PARENTS!!!!!! DO YOU WANT YOUR SENIOR TO BE FEATURED IN OUR END OF YEAR BAND SLIDESHOW????!!!!! IF SO, WE NEED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS BY APRIL 15
- 1 Kid shot: a picture of them when they were little
- 1 Senior Photo: a picture of them this year
- 1 Band Action shot: can be found on SmugMug from a variety of events. If you have a favorite from Smug Mug, please let us know or if you have another band specific picture that you have and would like to send, we can use that.
Submission Details:
- Format: Digital files (JPEG or PNG preferred).
- Deadline: Please submit all photos immediately! This is past due!!!!

BAND BANQUET! Celebrating 75 years of Plano Band excellence!
1. Band banquet tickets are now ON SALE
2. -BIG NEWS!!!!!- All Plano Band students will be able to attend the banquet free of charge. You must RSVP to get an accurate headcount.
3. All other guests (parents, siblings, non-Plano Band students) - $30
4. You must RSVP or purchase tickets by May 11 HERE
5. We still need some parent volunteers to help make this banquet a success! Please contact Gabi Pate or Amanda Weatherford if interested.
Plano Band Disney Letterman Patch
- Cost: $35.72 (includes sewing onto the jacket)
- Order: Visit Maverick Awards (610 Coit Road, Plano) or email info@maverickawards.com with your name, phone number, and a note that you’d like the PLANO BAND DISNEY patch. They’ll let you know how to pay.
Delivery: Expect 5 weeks from ordering to delivery.

Band Camp #1: May 26-27, 8a-4:30p (for all wind, guard, & percussion)
Leadership, Percussion, & Colorguard Camp: July 20-24, 8a-5p
Band Camp #2: July 27-August 1, August 3-8, 10
Marching Contests: Sept 26 (WMI), Oct. 3 (MMI), Oct. 21 (UIL), Oct. 31 (AREA Contest)
