CLEARWATER STEAM NEWSLETTER

Welcome back from the weekend! We hope you had a restful and enjoyable break. Thank you so much to all the families who joined us for Open House on Thursday—it was wonderful to connect with you and celebrate our students' growth together. As we head into the final two weeks of school, we kindly ask for your help in reminding students about Clearwater’s indoor and outdoor expectations so we can keep our community safe, respectful, and focused. Let’s finish the year strong!

Clearwater’s 3rd grade was excited to present their PBL Showcase for Unit #1, “Let’s Eat!” Throughout this project-based learning experience, students gathered data, made observations, planted and harvested vegetables from our school garden. Their hard work culminated in thoughtful recommendations to Nutrition Services on how to improve our school salad bar.

Get ready for the Perris Fun Run! This wonderful community event brings together local businesses, government agencies, schools, and families for a day of fun, fitness, and togetherness. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate our Perris community spirit while promoting health and wellness for all. If you're able to attend, we’d love to see you there! Register now by clicking HERE. There is so much learning going on every day at Clearwater - we don't want our students to miss a moment! As much as we like long weekends, missing a Monday or a Friday can have a big impact on students' achievement. We want to see every student at school, every day. Students earn Splash Cash for attending school each day, and DOUBLE the Splash Cash if they are at school every day for the week - including Monday and Friday.
