Grandview Elementary
Parent/ Family Update - August 1, 2025

March 6, 2026
From the Principal:
Dear Grandview families,
One of the things I love most about Grandview is seeing how our students grow not just academically, but as members of a community. Each day our students practice what it means to show TigerPRIDE: being purposeful in their learning, respectful to others, acting with integrity, showing determination when work gets challenging, and striving for excellence.
This month we have been talking a lot with students about working together and supporting one another. When classrooms operate as a team, learning becomes stronger and everyone benefits. We are proud of the many ways our students step up to help classmates, encourage one another, and contribute positively to their classrooms.
Thank you for continuing to reinforce these same expectations at home. When school and families work together, our students truly thrive.
As always, thank you for being such an important part of the Grandview community.
With Tiger pride,
Dr. Susan Short
