Favorite foods & where to buy them!
TIP: save these pics on your phone so when you are out and about you can find them fast at the store!
I find that one of the most challenging parts of this program is finding the ACTUAL foods that are acceptable at the grocery store. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars on lousy tasting gluten free products and/or various other clean eating foods.
So, let me shorten the learning curve for you! Here are a few of my favorite go to's!
Long post but you always have your phone when you grocery shop so these pics can be pulled up quick and used to help you shop!
Happy shopping!!!!
