Main Office Summer Hours
The Parkview Main Office is open from 7-3 M-F.
The Main Office will be open for questions and to process Certificate of Enrollment forms and ADAP certificates.
Counseling Office Summer Hours
The Parkview Counseling Office will be open:
June- Every Tuesday & Thursday from 8am-1pm
July- Every Tuesday from 8am-1pm
Arena Registration- July 28th and 29th 8am-12pm

Transcript Requests
Please remember – Parkview must have your social security number on file for you to send your transcript.
Please read all of the instructions below to request a final transcript. You can expect your transcript to be mailed after June 9th, 2026.
1. If your transcript is going to a college or university in Georgia:
You will need to send your transcript through GAfutures.org. Please remember – Parkview must have your social security number on file for you to send your transcript. You can request your transcript starting June 5th, 2026.
2. If you are not attending a college or university in Georgia and/or need a physical copy for your own records:
Go to MyPaymentsPlus and pay the $5 fee per transcript request for paper copies of your transcript. You may pick it up from the Main Office on Tuesdays/Thursdays in June from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., starting June 9th, 2026. Please allow 48 hours for paper transcript requests to be fulfilled.
NCAA: Any junior or senior with a NCAA certification account will automatically have their final transcript uploaded during the second week of June. Please email any questions to Sonya.Fernandez@gcpsk12.org.
Other Transcript Needs
If you need an UNOFFICIAL transcript, download it from the Parent Portal/ParentVue under "Documents".
NCAA/NAIA Transcript Requests: Any junior or senior with an NCAA certification account will automatically have their final transcript uploaded during the second week of June. Please email any questions to Sonya.Fernandez@gcpsk12.org.
For Transcript Requests for College Admissions, Scholarship Applications, or Summer Programs:
Transcripts for in-state colleges can be sent via GAFutures.org for FREE.
For the out-of-state colleges, please purchase an electronic copy on MPP for $5 for transcripts to be sent via SchooLinks. Please find the SchooLinks instructions HERE .
For physical copies of transcripts, please purchase a copy on MPP for $5 and pick it up from the Main Office within 48 hrs of the order.
