Finalize Annual Enrollment

In order for your student to receive their digital schedule release on the evening of Wednesday, August 7th, the following items Must Be Completed:

  1. Annual Update Completed in Infinite Campus/Parent Portal

  2. Proof of Residency: Utility Bill Verification uploaded to google form or delivered in person

  3. Student Fines/Fees have been brought current (The STPP-Secondary $20.00 Fee, which is the Chromebook Protection Plan for the 24-25 School Year, does NOT need to be paid in order for students to receive their schedules. All other Fines/Fees must be paid for the scheduled release on August 7th.) Pay Fines and Fees through In-Touch

As we prepare to release student schedules in a digital format again this year, it is imperative that you submit your utility bill (electric, gas, or water bills only) digitally. Please load your utility bill through the Google form or bring a copy to our office. The image must have the Parent/Guardian name, address, and dates of service visible to be accepted.

Proof of Residency

  • Utility bills must be for the service address that matches the primary address and contains the name of a household parent or guardian in Infinite Campus.

  • Take a picture, scan, and load your utility bill to the Google Form

  • Utility bills are limited to electric, gas or water bills.

  • This must be a recent July 2024 or August 2024 bill.

  • Families with multiple middle school students can submit the Google form once.

  • If you are unable to load a copy of the utility bill, you may bring a copy to the school beginning July 17th, Monday-Thursday between the hours of 8am and 3pm. The building is closed for lunch 11:30 am-12:30 pm each day.

***Utility bills must be loaded to the Google Form or delivered to the school for residency verification regardless if you previously uploaded these documents on the Annual Update. These are two separate processes.

***You will receive an automated email after submitted the google form****

Chromebook Technology Protection Plan (STPP)

Best $20 you will ever spend!

All PK - 12th grade students will be issued a district device to use for learning this year. At times, PK - 5th grade students may be given the option to take their district-issued device home with them to use, but they will mostly use their device in the classroom. All 6th - 12th grade students will be required to take their devices home each day.

All devices have a case to prevent accidental damage, however, we strongly recommend that families purchase the Student Technology Protection Plan (STPP) for each student. STPP will cost $10/year for all students in PK - 5th grade, and will cost $20/year for all students in 6th - 12th grades. Parents/Guardians will be financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Chromebooks and/or iPads, as well as chargers and cases. This plan covers your student’s device at school and outside of school. You may pay for the STPP online via our InTouch payment system. If you have difficulties using the payment portal, these directions should be able to help. The last day to purchase this coverage is Friday, September 20, 2024.

Thank you for your time,

EPS Technology Department

Welcome Edmond Transition Academy

Dear Cheyenne Parents and Guardians,

As we continue preparing for the start of the upcoming school year, we wanted to make you aware of an EPS program that will be partially housed in our building this year.

The Edmond Transition Academy is a program for our EPS Special Education students who are between the ages of 18 - 22 and are finishing their time with the district. The goal of the program is to prepare these students for their life after Edmond Schools. It’s a program that started last school year with great success and is already growing. Because of that growth, the district needs additional space for these students as we work to build a permanent facility that was approved by Edmond voters on our last bond.

It’s important to note that this will not create any disruption to the normal school day at Cheyenne. Our ETA students will be in a separate part of the building with a separate entrance. The ETA students will also eat lunch in a separate part of the building and use designated restrooms. They will also have continual supervision by EPS staff members. We felt it was important that you are aware of this program since there will be additional students in our building this year.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Thank you!
