Please return your child's library books! We have quite a few books still out there and need to get them inventoried and ready for circulation next school year. Thank you!!

Teachers may have class or grade specific events happening in their classrooms. Be sure to watch your child's Room communication for any information specific to their class.

Monday, May 25th:

• No school (Memorial Day)

Tuesday, May 26th:

• Field Day - As of now, the forecast for our area looks very wet for the next week. Field day is still on the schedule as we monitor the weather. If our grounds are too wet or muddy, our teachers are working on backup plans to provide students with a fun inside day instead (no visitors allowed). We will send a message out on Monday to alert parents if outdoor Field Day will be possible.

Wednesday, May 27th:

• PTA snack cart
• Kindergarten promotion ceremony 1:30pm

Thursday, May 28th:

• 5th grade promotion ceremony 1:30pm
• Last day of school

**Some grade levels have splash pad on their calendar as we close the year. At this time, we are waiting for the city to replace a part on the splash pad before it opens. Your child's teacher will communicate splash pad information if/when it is available for use.

We hate having to turn family away from awards ceremonies and other family events during the school day, but student safety is our first priority.

If you have not yet registered your child for next school year, we need you!

Students who are not registered cannot be placed on a class list.

Please note a significant change to this year's OLR process

All registering existing families will be required to upload a current photo ID/driver's license of parent/guardian with their current address as well as 2 proofs of residency.

This is a necessary step in order to ensure the accuracy of our enrollment records and to ensure we have updated addresses for all of our families.

Below you will find a list of acceptable proof of residency:

Current photo ID/driver's license

2 Proofs of residency

• Authentic home builder contract with approved district transfer, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document
• Utility bill: current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
• Current employee check stub with current address
• Current vehicle registration that matches the driver's license submitted
• Government agency correspondence with current address
• Voter registration card with current address
