Principal's Message
Good Evening Yowell Families,
We've got a busy week at Yowell! Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day, students are encouraged to wear green if they have any. Friday is World Down Syndrome Day, we encourage everyone to wear mismatched socks.
Wednesday evening our Stallion Singers will participate in a Pyramid Choral Concert at CCHS at 6pm. The concert will feature choirs from CCHS, CMS, SPES, EHES and Yowell.
The Book Fair is open all week until 3:15pm with evening hours on Wednesday until 6pm. Students will visit the book fair during their library class this week.
3rd-5th graders will be wrapping up Sports Club this week or next week, depending on your day due to missed days caused by weather.

Special thanks to Mrs. Houck and Mr. Harris for providing both fall and spring sports clubs for our students.
Parents of 5th graders check out this week's newsletter for directions on how to send in your child's baby picture to be shown in a slide show at their promotion ceremony. The promotion ceremony will be on Wednesday, May 21st at 6pm at CCHS.

Transportation Information
In an effort to assist schools and parents with current information about bus changes, transportation has added a new item on their website called: Transportation - Morning Update. The direct link can be found here. Also, this is the direct link to transportation.
Parents of students Pre-K through Grade 3 are expected to meet their children at the bus stop. Failure to do so will result in the child(ren) being returned to school. Should you choose to allow your child(ren) to be dropped off without supervision in the afternoon, please fill out and return this document.
We will be posting departure times for buses each day to assist parents with receiving their child from the bus stop. Please check this document each afternoon.
