Career Exploration

Early career exploration gives high school students a powerful head start on shaping a future they are truly excited about. By connecting current schoolwork to real-world paths, students make more intentional decisions about high school courses, electives, and post-secondary plans while saving time and money down the road. To continue this journey, ALL students are asked to log into Missouri Connections to review their Career Cluster Inventory results and favorite at least three careers in their account. Taking this simple step now helps our counselors tailor support and opens the door to inspiring possibilities ahead!

  • $56.25 for 9, 10, and 12th grade students

PreACT

The PreACT gives early experience with ACT test items, provides a predicted ACT test score, and offers information to help students get the the start they need to be college ready. The PreACT may be used for the math requirement of A+ eligibility in place of the Algebra 1 EOC.

  • $18 for all students

ASVAB

The ASVAB is a free assessment that tests academic and skills knowledge and predicts success in a variety of career fields. To request a LOR from Mrs. Chamberlain, students need to complete the LOR Request Form below and upload your Brag Sheet in the form. To guarantee a letter of recommendation is completed and submitted by the deadline, please be considerate in asking with two weeks notice.
