At FPK8, we know that when families and schools work together, students thrive! Based on feedback from our recent PTO meeting, we’re launching a new Parent Video Series designed to help you better understand how to support your child’s academic success. Each video will break down key tools and strategies to keep you informed and engaged.

First up: LiveGrades! 📊📚

Many parents have shared that they’d love more guidance on how to use LiveGrades effectively. In this first video, we’ll cover:
✅ How to access LiveGrades – Logging in and navigating the platform
✅ When to check LiveGrades – Building consistent habits for success
✅ What to look for – Understanding grades, missing assignments, and teacher feedback

LiveGrades is an essential tool for monitoring student progress in real time. With it, you can:
🔹 View current grades and attendance
🔹 Check for missing or late assignments
🔹 See teacher comments and feedback
🔹 Identify areas where your child may need extra support

📲 The first video will be sent via text message and posted to Facebook this week! Be on the lookout and take a few minutes to watch—it could make a big difference in supporting your child’s learning journey!
