CELEBRATIONS🎉
Congratulations on a Memorable Hall of Fame & Academic Awards Assembly
We proudly congratulate Tyrese Haliburton on his induction into the Oshkosh North High School Hall of Fame. This honor recognizes not only his outstanding athletic achievements, but also the dedication, perseverance, and character that continue to inspire our students and community. We are honored to celebrate such an accomplished alumnus.
We also congratulate all students recognized during our Academic Awards Ceremony. Your hard work, commitment to learning, and pursuit of excellence deserve to be celebrated.
Finally, thank you to our students for their positive behavior, respect, and attentiveness during the assembly. Your conduct reflected pride in our school and made the event meaningful for our honorees and guests.
We are proud of our past, present, and future Spartans!
180 Awards Night Ceremony
On Thursday, February 5, Oshkosh North High School proudly celebrated the success of our 180 Awards Night ceremony.
During the evening, more than 90 students were recognized for an outstanding academic achievement—improving their GPA by .75 or more from second semester last year to first semester this year. This accomplishment reflects their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to growth, and we are incredibly proud of their hard work.
We are also grateful to Trina Woldt, Director of Leadership and Youth Leadership Oshkosh, for serving as our keynote speaker and sharing an inspiring message with our students.
Congratulations to all of our students who were honored, and thank you to everyone who helped make it such a meaningful and successful celebration.

Phone Free February: A Student Challenge
In conjunction with OASD and the "Look Up, Oshkosh! The SMART Social Project" this February, Oshkosh North students are taking part in an exciting new initiative led by our Spartan PRIDE Student Committee—Phone Free February!
This challenge encourages students to limit cell phone use during the school day and focus on learning, responsibility, and the Spartan Way. Phone Free February is a friendly competition among grade levels, with the goal of improving positive behaviors related to cell phone use.
Rather than simply counting referrals, the challenge focuses on growth and improvement. Each grade level is working to reduce its number of cell phone referrals compared to January. The winning grade will be the one that shows the greatest percentage decrease from January to February.
To add to the excitement, students will have a voice in the reward. Each grade level will vote during homeroom on a prize they would like to earn if they win the challenge.
We appreciate our families’ support as students work to keep phones put away, stay engaged in class, and demonstrate self-discipline throughout the school day. Together, we can help reinforce positive habits that support learning and success.

OSHKOSH NORTH PRESENTS: HADESTOWN: TEEN EDITION
Families are invited to attend Oshkosh North High School’s winter musical, Hadestown: Teen Edition, presented February 12, 13, 14, and 15 at The Grand.
Hadestown follows two intertwining love stories—that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and immortal King Hades and Persephone—as audiences are taken on a journey to the underworld and back through a haunting retelling of a Greek tragedy. Inspired by classic American folk music and vintage New Orleans jazz, the musical explores powerful themes of industry versus nature, doubt versus faith, and fear versus love.
This intriguing and beautiful folk opera delivers a deeply resonant and hopeful theatrical experience and features the outstanding talents of Oshkosh North High School students. Don’t miss this special production as our students take the stage for their final musical at The Grand.
