Thank you to all the families who attended their conferences! If you did not attend your child's conference and don't yet have a conference scheduled, please reach out to your child's teacher via Class Dojo to schedule a meeting. We appreciate the dedication to learning and student growth and achievement from everyone!

Join the CCSD Family Engagement Department for engaging workshops to gain strategies to effectively manage emotions, cope with stress, achieve personal goals, and build meaningful relationships at home and school. We are planning on hosting a Family Fun Night on Thursday, October 26, 2023. We will send more information next week on purchasing tickets for this event along with details about activities!

Most of the asphalt replacement project is complete. Our playgrounds have been painted, and students have been able to enjoy the updated activities! There are some components of the project to complete, but we are excited to have the project mostly done. Following are pictures of the various areas around the playgrounds.

For the week ending October 13, 2023, student attendance rates were:

• Pre-K: 100%
• Kinder: 95.6%
• Grade 1: 92.9%
• Grade 2: 92.9%
• Grade 3: 96.4%
• Grade 4: 95.6%
• Grade 5: 95.6%

• Whole School: 95.2%

Regular school attendance is critical for student learning and achievement. Avoidable absences negatively impact a student's progress, and we appreciate families getting students to school on time each and every school day! Make Today Matter!
