November 2-6

Our social skill of the week for November 2-6 is Having a Conversation. Students will learn about this skill every day on the announcements. Check out the flyer below for more information.

As a reminder, school will be dismissed at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, November 3rd. Please confirm after school plans with your child. The Boys & Girls Club will be open for after school care starting at 1:30 that day.

Starting on October 19th, students are no longer allowed to wear shorts to school. Also, please make sure students come to school with a coat or jacket for cool morning recesses. Check out our cold weather wardrobe rules below!

In order to welcome and dismiss students safely on the east side of the school, please ensure you are only parking on the side of the street that is closest to the school (west side) to drop off and pick up students.

Additionally:

• Students should not be dropped off in front of the school. The front area is reserved for buses dropping off in the morning.
• Students should not walk around the corner or to the church parking lot for pick-up after school. Please join the pick up line on Wilson Street.

Thank you for adhering to these procedures and keeping all students safe!

In order to ensure items are not lost or damaged, we highly encourage students to keep all knick-knacks at home during the school day. This includes:

• Squishies
• Fidgets
• Toys/Action Figures
• Belt Bags, Fanny Packs, etc.
