Sunnyvale ISD E-News
Sunnyvale fifth graders in Mrs. Rinestine's class have been busy harvesting tomatoes from their school garden. This project was initially started last spring by the current sixth graders. The garden beds, seeds, and soil that made this growth possible were generously donated by the Sunnyvale Education Foundation last school year.
After their harvest, students and staff dove into a tasty, hands-on lesson by sampling three types of tomatoes. What a wonderful, fun experience for everyone involved!

Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, Raider Media will broadcast all Varsity Raider Football games as well as playoffs for all Raider Athletics, just as Sportsgram had in the past.
The goal is to continue to expand our live-streamed events and eventually offer live streams of all Raider athletics.
Another component of this venture will be student involvement through broadcasts, podcasts, and the creation of other digital content to promote our Raider events.
Information about upcoming live streams and archives of past events can be found in our weekly E-news or at sunnyvaleraidermedia.com
Interested in volunteering or advertising? Please reach out to Buck Baskin, Director of Technology, at buck.baskin@sunnyvaleisd.com or Emily Henvey, Director of Communications, at emily.henvey@sunnyvaleisd.com.
This year, our athletic department is offering 20 exclusive audio advertisement opportunities for local businesses through our GameTime music streaming service, which will be broadcast during every home district sporting event throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
These audio ad slots are a unique way for local companies to gain exposure to hundreds of fans at each event while directly supporting Sunnyvale’s student-athletes.
How Parents Can Help:
We’re asking our families to help us connect with local businesses that might be interested in advertising through this high-visibility opportunity. Whether you own a business, work for one, or know someone who might be interested — please consider sharing this opportunity or passing along their contact information to our team.
Goal: Fill All 20 Slots by Season Start!
* Exclusive Opportunity: In addition to the 20 regular sponsorships, we are offering one (1) Title Sponsorship for $1,000. This premium spot gives your business top billing on GameTime throughout the season — maximum visibility, maximum impact.
