Enrollment Reminders
HS STUDENTS: All class changes will be addressed the first two weeks of school. Many students do not have a schedule yet. They are our current focus. Returning students & new students who have spoken with Mrs. Donathan do not need to attend enrollment next. Only new students who have not had contact with Mrs. Donathan need to attend enrollment the first week in August.
For all NEW enrollees, please make plans to bring the following required enrollment documents to the High School and Elementary office next week: copy of CDIB (if applicable), birth certificate, social security card, proof of immunizations, and for all new students a copy of the student's transcript from their previous school. Proof of residency (see enrollment forms for more information.) Foreign Exchange students must provide a copy of their J1 student passport.
Online Open Student Transfer Form Now Available: We are pleased to announce that the online Student Transfer application is now available. This application allows parents/guardians to submit an open transfer request that will be processed in the order in which they are received. https://sde.ok.gov/student-transfers
7th-12th Grade Competitive Athletes: Please download and complete the OSSAA Eligility Record Form and return to Mr. Brooks Cawhorn at your earliest convenience and prior to the beginning of the school year. Copies of this form are available at the Elem or HS school offices.
🗺 Schoolwide Theme: Learning Is a Journey That Never Ends!
You will see this theme throughout the school year and at our Back To School Open House on August 9th as we "map the path" to a new school year and showcase the ways we will travel together as learners. We are excited to fuel the sparks of lifelong learning in all our students, and identify ways to ignite our students' passions, creativity, and energy for the new school year!
