Principal's Message: Stronger Together
Last Friday’s Spirit Day—Rainbow Day—was a joyful celebration of our school community. Each grade level proudly wore their assigned color, filling our hallways and playground with vibrant shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. It was wonderful to see students and staff fully participate and bring so much energy and excitement to the day.
What made the day especially meaningful was what it represented. While each grade stood out with its own unique color, together we created a beautiful rainbow—a powerful symbol of unity. It was a great reminder that every student and every class contributes something important, and when we come together, we create something truly special.
4th Grade Music Performance: Small Groups, Big Talent
Last Thursday, our 4th graders put on a wonderful music performance that showcased both their talent and their teamwork. Instead of one large concert, students performed in small groups, creating a more intimate and engaging experience for families. This setting allowed each student to shine and gave the audience a closer look at their hard work and growth.
Throughout the performance, students sang, played instruments, and incorporated movement, demonstrating their creativity and confidence. It was clear how much effort they’ve put into learning and practicing, and we are so proud of their accomplishments. Thank you to our families for supporting our students and to our music teacher for making this meaningful experience possible!
Celebrating Our Incredible Teachers
Teacher Appreciation Week (May 4–8) is a special time to recognize the incredible dedication, care, and passion our teachers bring to our school each and every day. They go above and beyond to support, inspire, and challenge our students, helping them grow not only academically, but as kind and capable individuals.
We are grateful for the meaningful relationships our teachers build, the engaging learning experiences they create, and the positive impact they make in the lives of our students. Please join us in celebrating and thanking our amazing teachers for all they do to make our school such a wonderful place to learn and grow!
Student Talent Show: A Night to Shine
Our upcoming Talent Show is just around the corner! Join us on Thursday, May 4 from 6:30–7:30 PM for an evening filled with creativity, courage, and fun. Our students have been working hard to prepare a variety of acts, and we’re excited to see them take the stage and share their unique talents with our school community.
From singing and dancing to comedy and more, this event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our students’ confidence and individuality. We hope you can come out to support and cheer them on—it’s sure to be a fantastic night!
Early Release - Friday, May 8
This is a reminder that we will have an early release on Friday, May 8. Students will finish the school day at 12:30 p.m.
The early release allows time for important staff training and professional development in the afternoon. Thank you for making any needed arrangements to ensure your child is picked up on time.
