MATTERbox Packing Event - 5/14
We are absolutely blown away. Because of your incredible generosity, we have raised enough to fund 85 MATTERboxes, which includes:
75 Snack Kits (That’s 3,000 individual nutritious snack packs for 303 kids facing food insecurity!)
10 Hope Kits (Providing 200 essential hygiene packs for 303 kids experiencing homelessness!)
These resources will go directly to students within District 303 who need them most, ensuring they have the fuel and care they deserve to succeed.
The Goal is Met—Now We Need the Hands!
The funding is secured, but the work is just beginning. We have 85 MATTERbox kits to assemble, and we can’t do it alone. We are calling on our entire BG community to help us cross the finish line.
This is a volunteer opportunity for EVERYONE. Whether you were able to donate a box or not, we want you there! This is a powerful, hands-on way for our kids and parents to come together and make a tangible impact on our community.
Event Details:
When: Thursday, May 14th
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Let's see how fast we can pack!)
Where: Bell Graham Elementary
What: We’ll be packing snacks, assembling hygiene kits, and writing "You Matter" notes to accompany every single pack.
Why Join Us?
This is more than just a packing event; it’s a chance to show our D303 neighbors that they aren't alone. It's a fun, fast-paced hour of service that teaches our students the power of community.
We’ll see you on the 14th! Let’s show everyone what a community with Bell-Graham heart can do.
Event Information
Join Us to Pack!
Please join us to pack the donated kits together as a community from 6:00-7:00 PM.
Who? Families, students, and community members.
i-Ready Results
After your child completes testing, i-Ready results can be accessed electronically
The For Families diagnostic results report is easily accessible from your child’s i-Ready dashboard. In lieu of being backpacked home, this will be considered the primary method for providing these results to you. Please click the button for directions on how to access the report.
Please note: The code for accessing reports is only good for the current school year. Once the school year is over the code no longer works, so please print or download your student’s report
as soon as possible.

Car Riders & Car Tags
Bell-Graham has a Visor Tag System for car riders. Families are provided a Visor Tag with their name on it. This tag is to be displayed on your passenger visor, visible to BG staff as you pull through the pick-up line. The use of the visor tag helps to expedite our car pick-up line, as it allows staff members to get the students ready as the cars arrive.
If you need additional visor tags, please email Mrs. Kirincich.
Recess Weather Guidelines
🧤 Label Outdoor Clothing
Please be sure to send your child with appropriate outdoor clothing for recess.
Please label your child's jacket, gloves, hat, etc. whenever possible. It helps us return items to their owner if they end up in lost & found.
