Car Riders-For the safety of all Edison families, staff, and especially students, it is extremely important that all drivers enter the Edison parking lot in a slow and alert manner while following the pattern of traffic. Vehicles should always proceed with caution and care while navigating through the pick-up and/or drop-off car line.
1. Please make sure to post your car rider tag on your rearview mirror.
2. Please do not drop your student off in the BUS LANE, the side parking area, or across the street from Edison to enter with the bus riders.
2. On Arrival, car riders must remain in the car and can only be released in front of door 8 where Edison staff are happy to assist all students.
3. Students will ONLY be released to the parent or guardian in the car rider line when the Edison team member deems it safe.
5. Parents should not park in the rear parking lot and escort students to the door or pick them up after school. Students will be released only to parent cars.
