CTAE Month Spotlight: Startup Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship at The Dalton Academy goes beyond theory... It’s real, hands-on, and community-connected.

Students progress through:

• Entrepreneurship Essentials

• The Entrepreneurial Venture

• Advanced Entrepreneurial Strategies

Embedded throughout the pathway is the 3DE framework by Junior Achievement, where students master competencies by solving real business challenges with real companies.

At advanced levels, students:

• Launch their own businesses
• Sell products or services at school
• Participate in externships with Engineered Floors

Led by an instructor with over a decade of experience helping small businesses succeed, this pathway teaches students how to think, adapt, and build.
