Join our Talent Pool and let’s design the future together!
1. Introduction: Bringing Together the Project Leaders of the Future
Project Factory is a dynamic organization dedicated to creating innovative, sustainable, and impactful projects at both national and international levels. Through our experience in Erasmus+ and various European Union funding programs, we have learned a key lesson:
Strong projects are built by strong teams.
With this principle in mind, we have launched the Project Factory Talent Pool. This Talent Pool aims to bring together future project managers, researchers, digital content creators, finance and budgeting experts, interns, and academic advisors to create a synergistic project ecosystem.
This bulletin serves as a guide for candidates who want to join the Talent Pool, academics seeking collaboration opportunities, and young professionals eager to be involved in international projects. It provides detailed information about the program’s purpose, application process, opportunities offered, and long-term vision.
2. What is Project Factory and Why Was the Talent Pool Established?
Project Factory operates under the umbrella of the European Social Development Academy, focusing on project development, capacity building, and institutional collaboration in Turkey and across Europe.
To date, our organization has actively participated in Erasmus+ KA220, KA210, ESC, Horizon, and other EU-funded projects, delivering innovative solutions in education, youth, vocational development, and social entrepreneurship.
The Talent Pool was created to:
Ensure Organizational Sustainability: Reduce dependency on single individuals for project preparation and implementation.
Discover and Train New Talent: Collaborate with young professionals, graduate students, and academics.
Increase International Project Capacity: Produce faster, higher-quality projects with European partner networks.
Enhance Social Impact: Provide more opportunities for youth, women, and disadvantaged groups through local, national, and international projects.
