Bond Update

• Design Development has been completed by VLK Architects and approved by Magnolia ISD
• 50% Construction Documents are due September 15, 2026
• B&C Constructors is set to provide an early estimate of the total price
• 100% Construction Documents are scheduled for December 2026
• The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is scheduled for approval by the Board on February 8, 2027
• Construction begins - March 2027

• Schematic design by VLK Architects is in-progress for the floor plan and site plan
• A Design Development presentation for the Board is scheduled for December 2026
• 50% Construction Documents are expected by January 2027
• Tentatively scheduled for bidding in April/May 2027
• the GMP is tentatively scheduled for presentation to the Board for approval at the June or July 2027 Board meeting

• Geotechnical exploration and topographic survey are in-progress
• Design of the architectural site plan by VLK Architects is in progress
• Civil site plan should start in October/November 2026
• Building floor plan should be very close to the Elementary #10 plan
• Exterior design should start early 2027

• Projects are in the Design Development stage by PBK Architects
• Constructions Documents are scheduled for early 2027
• Bidding is scheduled for spring 2027
