KMS NEWSLETTER

Dear KMS Families,
Kodiak Middle School will be hosting Parent/Teacher Conferences on March 12 & 13, and we want to hear from YOU! Our goal is to make these conferences as accessible and beneficial as possible, and your feedback will help us improve attendance and engagement.
We’ve created a short Family Feedback Survey, and we have been challenged to gather at least 200 responses.
Please take a moment to share your thoughts and preferences—it makes a big difference!
Click here for the survey OR scan the QR code on the attached flyer.
Thank you for being an active part of our KMS community! We look forward to seeing you at conferences in March. 😊

KUDOS CORNER
Dakota Fish has filled in for EVERYONE. She is supposed to be helping with hair and makeup but every time someone has been out for grades or illness she’s there. Eager, happy, and with energy. We have a student who just found out there’s a family memorial Friday night and Dakota leapt in and learned her part over the weekend. Without her help the past few months, this play might not have happened. I can NOT say enough great things about her.

MRS. KING'S ART CLASS
Students support Main Elementary's Night at the Museum by teaching 5th graders how to create life-sized marine-themed orcas for a measuring station.
6TH GRADE GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
6th grade volleyball wraps up their 6-week season with a round robin style tournament. Coaches are proud of the hard work and the growth each athlete exhibited this year.
We would also like to thank the families for sharing their athletes with us and making it possible for us to have a season.
MR. DAVIS'S GUITAR CLASS
Trevin Anderson and Annalise Will are shown here restringing their guitars. Not only are the kids in guitar class learning chords and songs, but they are also learning about instrument care and maintenance.
