Redmen Review

This week Redmen Chefs celebrated pie, both the number and the dessert, in honor of Saturday being 3.14 by practicing their baking, plating, garnishing, and serving skills. Students and staff, even those not in the math department, got to sample and enjoy the success of Mrs. Lehrke's students.

Ms. Cha's students had extra fun showing off their knowledge of graph analysis, y-intercept, parabolas, and much more in their Bell Ringers: Quadratic Edition game this week.

Competition can foster some good learning, and in this case, a free assignment pass. Congrats to the winners: Hank, Wylder, Kenzley, VieAnn, Kennady, and Jackson!

There's always a lot going on in the Ag Department and spring is an especially busy time.

Ag Metals is working on stick welding, and learning that "it's all about the angles" not only maks a good selfie, but a strong weld.

Intro to Ag is busy measuring and cutting to get birdhouses built before their feathered residents fly home for the spring.

Ag Mechanics, including Jeremias (pictured at right) will start wire welding next week.
