Making Final Decisions About College
Seniors, you should be hearing back from your colleges/universities about admissions/acceptances from your applications! You will also be receiving information from the Financial Aid departments of your colleges/universities showing you the cost of attendance. This information includes the entire cost of attendance for the year, any Federal or State aid if you qualified for it, any scholarships that your college/university is giving you, and a student loan offer. If anything is left over, that is your out of pocket expense. If you are struggling with understanding all of this information, click here for more information! Still very confused?? Come and see your counselor!

Keep Your Grades Up!
College Acceptance is Conditional!
Be sure to keep your grades up and that you refrain, if possible, from changing your spring schedule unless you are adding rigor. Colleges admit you not only upon the courses that you have taken through your Junior year, but also on the courses that are listed on your transcript for your senior year. Some colleges have a form for you to fill out to justify any changes! It is your responsibility to let your colleges/universities know if you have changed your spring schedule!
