Dear Parkway Alumni,

It’s been a thrilling season reconnecting with so many of you at our high school homecomings. The energy, the nostalgia, and the shared memories under the Friday night lights have truly made these evenings special. There’s nothing quite like reconnecting with classmates, teachers, and the Parkway community, and we look forward to even more events as the fall continues.

As we celebrate our legacy, we also ask you to help us honor an outstanding Hall of Fame inductee by giving back! As we prepare to welcome the Parkway Hall of Fame Class of 2024, we invite you to make a meaningful contribution in honor of one of these exceptional alumni. Your donation will support the growth and success of Parkway students and programs, continuing the legacy of excellence set by our honorees.

And don’t forget to join us for the Parkway Golf Tournament on November 2nd! This event is more than just a day on the greens—it’s an opportunity for alumni, businesses, and community members to come together for a fun and impactful day.

Your involvement and support help us fulfill the mission of the Parkway Alumni Association: to encourage communication among alumni and foster programs that serve and support the Parkway community.

Let’s celebrate our shared history, give back, and make a lasting difference together!

Warm regards,

Kennedy Graf, South '15

Talk about coming full circle! Ashley Bryant started teaching first grade this year at Ross Elementary - the very school she attended as a child. Even better? She's now working with Lana Fite, her own first-grade teacher who inspired her career choice. "She's the reason I'm doing this," Ashley said.

And the legacy continues with Ashley's daughter, Brooklynn, a North High graduate, following in her footsteps, studying to become an educator too!

This heartwarming story reminds us of the incredible influence teachers can have. Who was your favorite teacher growing up? Tag them below and share how they impacted your life!

Brad Lander, PNH '87, a New York City comptroller, is running for Mayor. Learn more in the New York Times article. Best of luck to our grad!

Big things are happening at North High! Recently, students and educators broke ground on a new security vestibule and entrance, thanks to the incredible support of our alumni and community. Your backing of Prop S has made this project and other crucial improvements, like a new Family & Consumer Sciences room and fire sprinkler system, a reality. These upgrades will enhance both the learning environment and safety for everyone.

Saying thank you on National IT Professionals Day to our information technology team – the unsung heroes! Whether resolving issues, implementing new systems, or simply keeping Parkway connected, we're lucky to have so many tech experts.

When a software update caused Windows systems worldwide to crash in July, Parkway Technology worked overnight to get the data center up and running again. Alex McArthur, systems engineer, was singled out and recognized for his work in getting key systems functional by the morning.

We need help at your school! We have openings for bus drivers, and many others for custodians and grounds crew employees needed to support our families. If you know someone who is interested, please share this with them. Interested applicants can call 314-415-8401 for more information or visit this website.
