Allstar Newsletter- Family
Hi Everyone,
Its National HAT Day on Thursday, so we will be celebrating, with wearing a hat. If it becomes a distraction, then they will need to put it in their backpack.
For students in grades 3-6th are able to participate in the Spelling Bee. I have attached the list below, but the teachers also have a copy for the students. We will be doing in class Spelling Bee during the week of Feb 2-6. Watch for an email with additional information.
We also have a Strengthening Families Class that Starts January 22 and will be taking place in our building and will run for 7 weeks. I have attached the flyer with all the information.
Please reach out if there is anything I can do. Thanks for being the BEST school community and for your support and appreciation.
Thanks,
Mrs. Pool
GOAT Staff this WEEK!
Mrs. McDaniel: Our newly married (okay it's been a year, but still) 5th grade teacher! She loves brownies, 100-grand, for when she needs sweet treat and sour cream and cheddar ruffles when it's a salty type of day. Her birthday is in July, so she always gets to have her birthday off. She loves Lemonade but will make a Fizz or swig run and get a Lime Rickey. Her favorite color is Purple, and she loves to eat at Costa Vida. If she could have any superpower, it would be teleportation so she could get anywhere in a blink of an eye and not have to worry about traffic.
Mrs. Blonquist: Antelope's Finest! Others may say she is loud and mean but her students will tell you she is AMAZING. Her birthday is in May, and she loves Nerd Clusters! She loves simply Cheerios, whatever is in Mrs. Pool's office to snack on. She loves to drink liquid IV or if someone is going to Fizz/Swig she would like M's water, Island Dream or Lavendar Rain. Her favorite color is red, and she loves the outdoors no matter the weather. She loves Tona Sushi to eat.
Mrs. Reading: Patient and loving Kinder Teacher! She has a birthday in May and loves any dark chocolate covered nuts. She loves a Take 5 candy bar, nuts and a nice cold WATER, yep, you heard me water. If she gets to go out and eat you will find her at Pandas, Crown Burger, Cafe Rio, Manuels, or Chik-Fil-La, well anywhere because she loves food. She has a few favorite colors, red teal and pink. If she could have any super power, it would to heal everyone.
Mrs. Tamara: Fabulous Lunch assistants! She has a birthday in April. She loves anything chocolate, but particularly a Whatchamacallit. She loves to snack on popcorn and then drink an Orange Julius. She loves the smell of rain, and her favorite color is blue. She loves to eat at Garcias.
