Dear Caregivers -
We want to inform you of an incident that occurred this morning in the school cafeteria. During breakfast, it was discovered that a batch of cream cheese had signs of mold.
As soon as this was identified, the product was immediately removed from the service line. To our knowledge, no students consumed the affected cream cheese, and no students have reported feeling ill or visited the nurse in relation to this matter.
We are working closely with our food service provider to ensure this does not happen again, and we are reviewing all procedures to maintain the highest standards of food safety.
