Do you struggle to "hide God's Word in your heart"? I recently found a Spotify channel called "Verses" which contains a huge collection of Scripture set to music. This is a great resource for adults and children alike to fill your home, office, car, or earbuds with God's Word as you work, rest, or play. Click the link below to listen. --Stephanie

Dear Fincastle Families,

We encourage you to use the resources below to talk with your children throughout the week. This information comes from Lifeway's The Gospel Project curriculum, which we use in Sunday School and Children's Church. The Memory Verse and Big Picture Question will last for the entire unit (4-6 weeks). If you have younger children, feel free to shorten or simplify these into manageable concepts. The Lesson and Bible Reading will be new every week.

Memory Verse: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Deuteronomy 6:5

Big Picture Question: What is idolatry?

Idolatry is loving something else more than God.

Lesson: Jereboam Disobeyed God
