At-Home Test Kit Distribution

Dear Families,

Please be advised the first round of Weymouth Public Schools at-home test kits were distributed in some schools today, and will be distributed in all remaining schools tomorrow. Moving forward, test kits (which contain two tests) will be distributed every other Friday.

If you have not opted into the at-home testing program, and would like to receive free at-home COVID tests, please complete this form.

As a reminder, the at-home testing program is available to all WPS students and staff, and the criteria of the program includes:

• Any student or staff member who has completed an opt-in form will be issued an iHealth 15 minute rapid antigen kit (two tests) biweekly
• Tests will be distributed on Fridays
• Those in the program will self administer one test weekly on Tuesdays (at any time of day)
• The test and stay program has been discontinued
• Anyone who tests positive must stay home from school and isolate for five days. You may return on day 6 as long as symptoms have improved or resolved.
• Positive test results should be reported to your student's school (main office or nurse department) as soon as possible
