Dear Barron Families,

Welcome back to the 2025-26 school year! I hope you have had a safe and fun summer filled with rest and relaxation.

We are excited to invite you to Meet the Teacher Night on Wednesday, July 30th, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., where families will have the opportunity to visit classrooms, meet the teacher, and review important information on classroom expectations and the year at a glance. We also look forward to seeing you at our Fiesta at Andress High School on Thursday, July 31st, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. We hope you will join us for these events!

Please review the list of supplies provided by the district and purchase only the items requested by your child’s grade level. Our teachers and staff will be preparing next week to warmly welcome our Pioneers back on Monday, August 4th, the first day of school! On the first day of school, we invite families to walk their child(ren) to their classrooms that morning and kindly ask that you exit the campus by 8:15 a.m. so the instructional day can begin. We appreciate you following the arrival and dismissal procedures, which help the first week of school transition smoothly into a successful year.

At Barron, we proudly live by our vision: BES is the school where every Pioneer Learns and Belongs! We serve with our mission to Educate with excellence, Empower every learner to reach their full potential, and Inspire our Families to partner in every child’s success.

We welcome our new staff members and we are excited to have Ms. Kathleen Croissant serve as the Assistant Principal at Barron. Together, we look forward to another great year at Barron, and committed to one degree of change that will make a difference in providing excellence to our community.
