WOW! It is hard to believe that the end of the 2024-2025 school year is here already! Our teachers and students have worked hard all year. We have been able to celebrate so many acheivements, both in and out of the classroom.

The end of the school year is always a busy time. Our 3rd-5th graders will be wrapping up SC Ready state testing next week, we still have several field trips on the calendar, and who can forget our Awards Day celebrations.

As we wrap up the 2024-25 school year, preparations are already underway for the 2025-26 school year. Please check your email regularly to update registration information for returning students. As class rosters as finalized in June, we will mail letters with homeroom teacher assignments. We also ask that you continue to check SeeSaw messages, follow us on social media, and check the school website for information regarding the start of the 2025-26 school year.

Finally, congratulations and good luck to our fifth grade students as they move on to middle school. Thank you all for a wonderful 2024-25 school year! I wish everyone a safe and relaxing summer. We look forward to welcoming students back on August 5th!

The School Improvement Council's Report to Parents for the 2024-2025 school year can be found below as well as on the school website. This document is an annual report to share information on our progress in meeting the school and district goals and other accomplishments during the year.

Our faculty and students have been extra busy since our last newsletter. Here's a peek at just a few of the highlights.

As if that wasn't a lot, we also had students participate in the Special Olympics and Fifth Grade Olympics; we recognized Military Child Appreciation Month in April and rewarded students for their fundraising efforts.

Our PTO recognized our fundraising students with a candy grab, a sweet treat from Rory's Donuts, and hosted a Glow Party. Our fundraising celebrations will conclude with a trip to the movies to see The Dogman Movie and the top fundraisers taking a trip to Big Air.

May 5-9 is Teacher Appreciation Week. We would like to invite our students and families to join us next week and give a huge THANK YOU to our teachers for all they do!

Registration is now open for NEW students that will be attending PES in the 2025-2026 school year. Please help us spread the word! Registration is available online here or by scanning the QR codes in the image below.

Students that are currently at PES do not to enroll using this link. Information for returning students will be communicated later in the year.

The Color Run was a tremendous success! With your help, we were able to raise just over $18,000 for PES!
