Use this form to register to take the ACT on campus, Oct. 14. Deadline to complete this is Oct. 1.

Reminder, we are now two weeks into the Cisco semester. if you need to drop, please come see Mrs. Henderson ASAP to fill out a drop form and have your schedule changed.

Looking for Your TSI Score Report?

1. Find your Student ID in Skyward

Log in to Skyward Student Access.
Click Student Info.
Find your Student ID listed with your student information.
Write it down—you’ll need it to access your TSI scores.

2. Access Your TSI Scores

Go to the ACCUPLACER Student Portal.
Enter your information, including your Student ID, exactly as it was provided when you tested.
Follow the prompts to access your TSI Score Report. It will be emailed to you.
Download or save a copy for your records. This is what you will share with colleges.

🗓️ 27-28 FAFSA

2027-28 FAFSA® Form Available Oct. 1 - Be on the lookout for our annual FAFSA Night event. October date is coming soon!

The 2027-28 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form will be available on Oct. 1.

27-28 FAFSA® Form: Opens Oct. 1

FAFSA forms submitted online will typically be processed in one to three days. Once your form is processed, you’ll be able to review your FAFSA Submission Summary, and your FAFSA information will be made available to your selected schools. You can also make updates or corrections (such as adding a school or a missing signature) to your FAFSA form.

🚨REMINDER SENIORS - You must complete the FAFSA OR submit an opt-out form to graduate.

📣 U.S. Service Academy Nominations Now Open

Congressman Williams has officially opened the application process for military academy nominations for students in Texas’s 25th Congressional District.

A congressional nomination is required for students seeking admission to the following institutions:

U.S. Military Academy (West Point)
U.S. Naval Academy
U.S. Air Force Academy
U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (Note: For the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy only, students may request a nomination from any U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator from Texas, and are not limited to their own congressional district.)

Students can find detailed information regarding eligibility requirements and application materials by visiting the Congressman’s website:

Please note that the deadline to submit a completed nomination packet to the Congressman’s office is Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
