CPC Update

Next week will kick off with some big events, so please check the rest of this newsletter for all the necessary reminders and a full list of upcoming calendar items. Have a wonderful weekend with much rest and relaxation!

We have officially hit October and time is ticking (28 days till Boo Bash). I cannot stress enough how we need your help with CANDY, CANDY,CANDY AND MORE CANDY!!!!! We also need volunteers with decorated vehicles and a few other various volunteer opportunities throughout the event. We have 55 slots filled for vehicles and our goal is to have 88! For safety purposes, parking spots will be assigned in the order individuals arrive. If you want to park next to a certain person, it is best if you arrive at the same time. If you are planning on signing up, please do so now! Also, INSTRUCTORS, thank you for encouraging your students to participate and remember, it would be best for you to work with the student to get them signed up for a volunteer spot. I ask this because I need your help to remind them they volunteered. All messaging will be sent directly to FT staff and not to individual students.

The date is October 28th, from 6:00-7:30pm at the Reno Campus.

Don’t forget, we will have a pizza party or breakfast for the class who donates the most candy at all 4 campuses. Please make certain to count the number of pounds your class collects. It is also possible to use Activity Funds to help purchase candy, just remember to have your class vote on it.

• When you access the enrollment page, you will only need to complete the fields with the red asterisk * beside it.
• Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive an email that contains a link to access the Payroll Deduction Authorization form
• The form will be sent to the email address you provide upon enrollment
• Your authorization form will need to be turned in to show your enrollment is complete
• You may provide both your Payroll Deduction Authorization and Option Period forms to Michelle Coleman in Human Resources

The College and Career Fair is taking place on 10/8/2025!

On October 9th, from 5:30PM to 8:00PM, Patrick is putting on the Boys in Health Night. This event is intended for Pre-K through 5th boys and a caregiver/s to explore new career pathways together while having fun. If you have any little ones you know that would be interested, please sign-up!
