mid-summer check in .....
Back-to-School Info
Mount Olive Preschool Families,
Hello! I hope you're enjoying a wonderful summer! Whether you've been spending a little extra time at the park, taking an extended vacation, or simply enjoying a slower pace together at home, I hope you've had the opportunity to have some extra quality time with your family.
I just wanted to briefly interrupt your summer to check in with some important back-to-school information.
If you're new to Mount Olive Preschool - welcome! We're so happy you've joined our school family. This monthly bulletin is your go-to source for important updates, reminders, upcoming events, and everything you need to know throughout the school year. The next bulletin will be sent out at the end of July with more detailed back-to-school information.
We are looking forward to another wonderful school year filled with learning, laughter, and God's blessings.
Warmly,
Heather Fangon
First Tuition Payment - July 15th
Tuition Reminder
The first tuition payment for the 2026–2027 school year is due and will be processed on July 15.
Please remember that any returned or declined payment will incur a $50.00 reprocessing fee.
I've attached the Registration Form which includes the program fees and 2026-2027 tuition payment calendar for your reference.
Enrollment Paperwork
Enrollment Paperwork Reminder
As we prepare for the new school year, please remember that we can only welcome children whose enrollment files are complete. This includes all required enrollment forms, a completed Physician's Report, and current immunization records.
We appreciate your understanding that no exceptions can be made, as these are requirements of California Community Care Licensing for your child's attendance.
If your child's file is missing any required paperwork, you will receive an email shortly outlining the documents that still need to be submitted.
Meet & Greet Your Teachers
We're excited to welcome you and your child to our Meet & Greet Your Teacher day on
Friday, August 14!
To give each family dedicated time with their child's teacher, 15-minute appointments have been scheduled. This special time allows your child to become familiar with their teacher and classroom before the first day of school, helping them feel comfortable and excited for the new school year. It is also an opportunity for you to share any information about your child that will help their teacher provide the best possible start.
Please bring the following to your Meet & Greet:
- A complete change of clothes for your child in a gallon-sized zip-top bag labeled with your child's name.
- A family photo to be displayed on our classroom Family Wall, helping your child feel connected to home throughout the school day.
During your Meet & Greet, you'll also receive a Welcome Packet containing important information from our Parent Handbook, school procedures, and helpful reminders to ensure a smooth and successful start to the school year. Whether you are a new or returning family, please look over the information in the packet to be well-informed - thank you!
If you did not receive this bulletin with the Meet & Greet Schedule in your inbox please send an email to the contact at the bottom and I will get back to you with your date and time.
