💙💛It's hard to believe we are in our last month of school and we're preparing to release our little Eagles for the summer. What an amazing year it has been to witness all the progress they have made in all areas! I know you must be very proud of them, as we are!
Thank you to all our families who already registered for the 26-27 school year, if you have not done so, please do. We are looking forward to having our PK3 little Eagles return for PK4, we wish them a wonderful summer!
To all of our PK4 families, words cannot express the gratitude I feel with the amazing support you've given our TEAM Loya! Just know it has been such a joy to see your little Eagle spread their wings here with us 💙💛. We wish them continued success as they head to kindergarten. As your Principal, I appreciated our discussions and feedback during the parent meetings and events, thank you! I will miss you very much!
Your little Eagles will continue to be assessed with the end of year testing. We ask that they attend school everyday, so we may report back to you the results with you in the last report card.
Let's keeping on trying to raise our attendance to 96%! We need your assistance to do this!

We will have our lab available to register your little Eagles and Wildcats for 2026-2027
Our computer lab will be open for returning families coming back to Loya for PK3 and PK4.
For our students leaving our nest to become a Wildcat at Sambrano ES, you may also register in our lab, we are here to continue serving our families.
The sooner you register for either school, the better it is to ensure both campuses have the adequate classrooms to welcome our returning and new students.
- Lab will be open from 8:15 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm Tuesday-Thursday .
- Lab will close from 3:55 to 4:10 for student dismissal)
- On Fridays 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Please share with family and friends who have little ones who will turn 3 or 4 years olds by September 1st. We would love from them to begin their first flight in SEISD as a little Eagle!

May 8: Mother's Day Program: PK4 Berumen, Montoya and Benavidez at 3:00 pm, doors will open at 2:40 pm.
May 8: SEISD Parent Progressing meeting at C.O 8:30 in English and 9:30 in Spanish.

May 12-16: Loya will celebrate "Teacher Appreciation" this week. Let our teachers and T-2's (instructional aides) know how much you appreciate them💕
May 12: Transition visit to Sambrano ES with campus counselor, teachers and T-2's (instructional aides) at 9:00 a.m. (Look out for permission slip)
May 12: All library books due and fines due, thank you.

PK3 farewell ceremonies
May 27, 2026:
1:15 p.m.: Ms. Barba & Mrs. Rodriguez, doors open at 1:00 p.m.
2:45 p.m.: Ms. Ballesteros, Ms. Gentry (PK3 students only) & Ms. Samayoa (PK3 students only), doors open at 2:30 p.m.
Please arrive on time, thank you! Any gifts or arrangements will be left in the gym on the labeled class tables. Pictures can be taken in the gym after ceremonies.

🎓: Farewell to our little Eagles, they will be truly missed! Kindergarten here they come!

May 28, 2026: Please arrive on time, thank you. Any gifts or arrangements will be left in the gym on the labeled class tables. Pictures can be taken in the gym after ceremonies. Gowns and Caps will be picked up before leaving.
10:00 a.m.: Berumen and C. Montoya: Doors open at 9:40 a.m.
1:00 p.m.: Benavidez & Mendoza: Doors open at 12:40 p.m.
2:30: p.m.: Ortega, Gentry & Samayoa (PK4 students only): Doors open at 2:10 p.m.

June 3-16: Summer intersession camp for PK4 dual lang students at Samabrano Elementary from 7:30 p.m. to 3:30 pm. More information to come.
