πͺ Cookie Dough Fundraiser PIckup! πͺ
Please pick up your cookie dough fundraiser items on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 1:00-6:00 pm in the school gym. Use the back door to the gym off the side of the building. We will have signs posted so you know where to enter.
We raised over $10,000 this year. We needed to purchase additional two-way radios to replace some of the broken ones. We are also buying additional recess equipment for students to use on the playground various balls, jump ropes, hoola hoops, etc. Next on the list is a token machine for students incentives.
Thank you for supporting Prairie Trail ES.
π Playground 3:30-5:00! π
We kindly ask families to avoid using the school playground between 3:30-5:00 pm as our Extended School Day (ESD) program is in session during that time. This helps ensure the safety and supervision of all students enrolled in the program. Please share this information with your child as well. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. π

When sheβs not volunteering, Carola enjoys gardening, reading, crafting, her Joysticks class, and spending time with her three beagles and her grandkids and their families. πΎπ·π©βπ§βπ¦

Visitors for Lunch other than Parent/Guardian?
Do you have some special visitors who want to have lunch at PTE with a student and the parent/guardian won't be coming with them?
We can help you make that happen. You just need to fill out THIS FORM using an email that is listed for a parent/guardian of the student in Skyward. If you could fill out the form before 9:00 am the day they plan to come to lunch, we can make that happen.
The visitor will still need to bring their ID and check in through the office.
If the parent/guardian will be coming to lunch with the special visitors, there is no need to fill out the form. You being with them is sufficient.
Let us know if you have questions.
Thanks,
PTE Office Staff
π Bus Rider Information - IMPORTANT! π
Lewisville ISD will take over transportation operations for the district for the 2025-26 school year. Check out the video below for details on what to expect from LISD's transportation services this school year.
Visit LISD.net/transportation for details, including the Here Comes the Bus app and bus locator.
If you have any question or issues regarding buses, please remember to call 469-713-5983. If you have a child that rides the bus, I highly recommend that you put this number in your contacts.
There is also a video on the above website with more important information.
If students ride the bus home and are undeliverable due to not having an updated address in Skyward, the driver will return the student to the elementary campus as to not delay their high school routes. If you have not already updated your information in Skyward, please do so ASAP! Check that you address is updated in Skyward so that your children can be assigned to the correct bus. π
