Madison Middle School

Madison Middle School will hold our annual Fall Frenzy event this Friday, October 2nd. Students will be introduced to and get to know their team and teammates on Thursday during the school day. We will have a 20-30 minute ice breaker activity for students to participate in. Other items to consider as your student gets ready for the event.

• Team T-shirts will be handed out the morning of the event.
• Please watch the weather. We will go outside for a vast majority of the day and students should dress accordingly. Sunscreen may be needed if it is a sunny day.
• The average cost for food from concessions or food trucks will be about $10.
• A sack lunch from the cafeteria will also be available free of charge.
• If you have to sign your student out during the day, please come to the middle school office.

As a reminder, doors will open at 7:15am before school and students are expected to be out of the building by 2:50pm after school unless students are participating in athletics, clubs, or activities where they are supervised by an adult.

If your student is attending an athletic event, they are not permitted to be in the school after 2:50 and should ride the bus home and come back for the event.

Culture of Achievement Program (CAP) is an intervention to develop successful work habits and provide additional support for increased learning in academics. A student might enroll in the CAP program if he or she meets one or more of the following indicators:

As we get ready to start the school year, here are some friendly reminders about the dress code.

An annual Technology/Textbook fee of $25 will be assessed to all middle and high school students. The Technology Fee must be paid before a student can receive their textbooks & Chromebook. The can be found and paid for in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal under "Fees"

To ensure that your student can receive their Chromebook on the first day of school, the Technology Fee should be paid by Friday, August 21st.
