Requirements for participation in East High School Winter Sports

- All athletes must be registered in Family ID for their Winter sport in order to participate. Registrations are due by November 6th
- PIAA Physical Form- Section 6 completed and uploaded into Family ID. The physical must be signed by a physician and dated on or after May 1st 2026
- Returning Fall athletes must re-register for their Winter sport (Upload Section 7 form of PIAA physical packet).
- WCASD Activity Fee Payment

FAMILY ID REGISTRATION

Registration opens Oct 9. PIAA Physical Form- Section 6 completed and uploaded into Family ID. Must be signed by a physician and dated on or after May 1st 2026. Section 7 completed and uploaded for returning Fall athletes. Registrations due Nov 7th.

Activity Fee Payment Info

WCASD Activity Fee is separate from any booster fees. If the WCASD Activity Fee is not paid, the student-athlete will not be eligible to participate. You may complete the waiver to be exempt from payment.

All evening events cost $5 per person (school aged and up). This includes JV and Varsity games. Tickets can be purchased online.
